Now that technology has taken a bigger role in the classroom, educators can use these guidelines in their practice as a substantial way of making it a learned skill. In the long run, they will be prepared to protect their personal information, know their rights, navigate the online world safety, and make more responsible decisions with their digital footprint to not only protect them now but in the future as well.
